Mater Children's Hospital Building Commemorative Commission
My hand cut paper work 'To resolve to be good today, but better tomorrow' has been installed in the foyer of the recently refurbished former Mater Children's Hospital Building, Brisbane.
The commission brings together connections of legacy, culture and community to honour the decommissioning of Mater Children's Hospital.
The paper cut triptych features hands representing care and commitment in services provided, connection to community and children, and Sisters of Mercy as Founders.
This commission was developed in conjunction with iAM Projects, with thanks to Renai, Michelle and Jon.
Also a special mention to my nieces and nephews - Will, Lucas, Abbie, Grace, Indie and Angus for making me some kid-size hand prints, Thank you.
